Terms of service

You are agreeing to the following terms:

• A booking is not confirmed until the depoist has been received and a booking form is returned to SR Events or Giant Letter Company. 
• The venue or location must have flat, direct access. If stairs are present with no lift access, a loading of additional $150 for DJ Equipment or $200 for Photobooth and DJ equipment will be added to the invoice.  
• If venue or location has a functional elevator, no fee will be incurred. However, if for any reason on the event, the elevator is non-usable, the above fee will be applied. 
• Doorways must be at least 80cm wide to allow for trolley access.
